The background is embossed with QuicKutz stars, the stamp is a Heartfelt Creations stamp and the sentiment is from a set from Waltzing Mouse.

Blue is my favorite color and this challenge is right up my alley :) And your card for this challenge....oh I love every piece of it. The background with the embossed stars is beau-ti-ful and I am in LOVE with the ornament and bow. Stunning!!
