I was running through the net today and read so much about CAS that I think I was infected when creating this card for the colour challenge at CQC.... It is VERY CAS!

Challenge at ATC Quarterly
From 'Outer Space' is the theme at ATC Quarterly ... this is my card
This is an explanation for my US-Friends:
In 1959 the ‘Sandmännchen’, the little guy on my card, was first seen on Television. It translates ‘Little Sandman’, he was coming from ‘Outer Space’ to tell kids all over Germany a bedtime story. At the end he poured sand/stars in the childrens eyes and told them ‘Good night’.
Sand in the eyes was supposed to make them sleepy, and they started rubbing their eyes. They really did, well I did ;)
All over Germany, when kids were asked about their bedtime, they never told the time or the hour, but replied: “Immediately after Sandmännchen!”
I grew up with that little guy and I can still hear the melody on Television when I look at him now.
I hope you like it.

Tag Challenge *FACES* at Kard Krazy
This is the first time I participate at a challenge at Kard Krazy
I used Crackle Paint first, then brushed it with Twinkling H20 in
Egyptian Gold and distressed the edges.
Colour challenge #39 at PDCC
Thank you Julie from PDCC, this was a fun challenge....
I embossed with 3 different folders, the one on the top right side is something new to me. I adhered paper towel to white cardstock, embossed and distressed it. Unfortunately you can't see that it looks and feels like wallpaper, very smooth and a bit like fabric.
The stamp is also one of my favs, a Crafty Individual.

My friend loves to eat ..... the wrong stuff. Maybe my card will help her burn some calories by laughing ;)
Sketch Challenge #14 at CCCB
This time I decided to create an ATC for the weekly challenge at CCCB as in my opinion the sketch was designed for one ...
The stamp is a Stampers Anonymous, the sentiment is a Kraftin' Kimmie and the beautiful images are from Lisa's Altered Art.

Colour challenge #38 at PDCC
This card took me forever as LILAC is not in my stash. So finally I came across the *Cottage Wall* from Stampin' Up, not my best choice, but it goes well with the Purple and Lime the DT from PDCC has chosen.
The stamp is an older Inkadinkado which I don't use very often.

Colour challenge #41 at CQC
Even though I am not a *Pinky* at all, I must say I like it after all. Once again the team at CQC
made me put on my thinking hat :)
I embossed the squares with 4 different folders, as I had seen at Glorias blog a few weeks ago. I really liked the idea.

Challenge #13 at CCCB - *Red - White - Blue*
As an option a rose ...
Ok, let's face it, it turned out as a carnation. Please bear with me ladies at CCCB!
I cut teafilter, which I personally prefer to coffee filters, with the Spellbinder Peony die and stamped with Ranger Distress Ink *Barn Door*. In case anybody needs to know the name of the stamp ... it is a twig with berries, most likely cherries, from Fancy Pants Stamp set *From my garden* ... just if you're curious :)
Tim Holtz folder *Note Pad*, my Bingo stamp (I do not know the manufacturer as my virtual Sis Veronica gave it to me) and some buttons and ribbons as well as a bracket .... and of course that pretty crown!
