Project Life ..... Yipeeh, I made it ....

TWIST ..... or my "bundle of joy"!
My version of "Project Life"

Almost 8 pounds of memories of 2012.

To be honest, I didn't think I would stick with it. Sometimes I forgot to take notes, sometimes I was short of pictures, but somehow I always managed to finish week after week after week.

Now I am so proud of myself and DH, who really worked with me on this. Taking pics, remembering things etc.

I'm ready for 2013, already got my album and my protectors :)

Tag Album 2012

For a tag swap I created this book and 24 tags ...

The book has 8 paper bags with covers to hold the tags.

Have a good start into 2013!

Mini Book for Christmas .....

I decided to create a mini book for the 12 days we spent with Lotte in August.

Since I kept a diary on her, it was easy to bring back the  memories of each day, all the fun we had with her, but also all the worries and pain.

We just hope she found someone who loves her as much as we did.

Lots of photos to share, some of the pages I had already shown in the past months, this is the finished book now.

The journaling is either written directly on the page or on tags hidden underneath the photos. The embellishments on the spine are all of her favorite toys along with her security tag and some ribbons.

Thanks so much for looking!

Make a MOO or two .....

What's a MOO?

A Moo is a little card sized 2.8 x 7 centimeters, or approximately 1.1 x 2.8 inches.
Beside this fixed size it is what you make of it!

Let me tell you, this is fun. It is a bit difficult at first, now I love it. DH said, that pretty soon we'll be designing on postage stamps, which gives me the idea .....

Calendar 2013

I created this calendar for a blog buddy.
All the months are stamped with different images.

Thanks so much Deb for sending me the file for the months!

Presents for my friend!

No, I can't show you the presents yet, she might sneak in :)

I just wanted to share the beautiful paper I bought at the Swedish furniture store. I cut some poinsettias, crumbled them up and sprayed them with Licorice Glimmer Mist, looks awesome ...

Unfortunately I forgot to take a close up picture before I sent the package to her :(

City Crafter Challenge Blog Week139 ~ Snowman Fun

It's been some time since I participated in any challenges, this one at CCCB sounds like fun to me.

I used Kraft Core Cardstock, the Tim Holtz Snowman, the trees are Unity Stamps. The frame is hand cut and I used my favorite embossing folder by Spellbinders.

The beautiful snowflake is out of my stash, but I still remember who gave it to me! It was Martina, she sent it for my birthday last year along with some other beauties!

12 Tags of 2012 ....

Tim has created 2 tags for the month of December.

I started with the one I thought I couldn't manage at all, since I don't like water on my creations and fuzzy cutting is not one of my most favorite techniques.

I used Faded Jeans and Antique Bronze for the background, sorry the camera didn't pick that up, it looks great. I will mix those two colours again!

Better get started ....

... with my production.

I am not really in the *Christmas Cardmaking Mood* yet, but I was inspired and created this card yesterday.

I think I want to make a few more of them, even though they're not suited for mass production since it takes so many steps to create them.
